Student Medicover FreshDesk Ticket System
In order to assist student to contact UHCSR, or answer questions, you can submit a ticket on FreshDesk to describe your questions. Before submitting a ticket, your question might have been answered in our "Help Center" under "Knowledge Base". If that is not the case, please follow the instructions below an we will contact you in 1 business days.
How to create ticket:
1. log in website: https://studentmedicover.freshdesk.com/en/support/tickets/new
2. Please fill in your personal information. For example, Name, Email address. phone, email address, subject, Description and attach all document as needed
3. Click submit: After you submit your Ticket, you will receive a email with your ticket number and a link to track you ticket status. If any of our agent replied to your ticket, you will receive an email or you can check your ticket status on FreshDesk.
