What if my waiver application got denied?

Please contact our customer service at (812)360-2313 immediately. If your plan did not meet the waiver requirements of your school, our customer service representatives will assist you in upgrading the insurance plan to the eligible plan. Otherwise, please request for a refund. Please notice that the refund application deadline is 14 days after you received the waiver denial notification from the school.

Please login to your Student Medicover account to submit the refund request.

My Account -> Modify -> I need to cancel coverage

If you'd like to cancel your coverage, you must provide one of the following documentation types:  Official waiver denial, eligibility ducuments or other supporting documents. 

In the "Additional Comments" section, you can describe your refund reason.
