For students who are 18 and younger and enrolled in one of the following plans (Prime500, Prime100, Elite, or Supreme), they are eligible for the Pediatric Dental benefit embedded in the Health Insurance policy.

To access your Pediatric Dental Benefit, please visit https://member.uhc.com/myuhc and click on Register
When creating your account, please enter your First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, 00+SR ID for your Member ID.
Once you are in your Pediatric Dental benefit account, please click on "Request/Print ID Card" to access your dental benefits.
