  1. Enter your University Name, Visa Status, and Date of Birth, then click “Find My Plan” to view the available plan options. 
  2. Select your coverage dates and choose a plan.
    Please note that some universities have specific insurance requirements, so you may not see all of our insurance plan options. 



       3. Complete your profile.

           Please make sure your email address, name, mailing address, and phone number are entered correctly.

       4. Choose or skip the add-on service package

       5. Enter your payment information.

       6. Check email for confirmation
