To purchase insurance, please visit www.smcovered.com and Get a quote:
- Enter your University Name, Visa status and Date of Birth.
2. Choose plan (Due to your universities requirements, you might not see all our insurance plans in "Select a Plan")
3. Fill in your profile, make sure your email address, name, mailing address, phone number are correct
4. Enter your payment information.
5. Check email for confirmation
Note:
- You can download Confirmation Letter and certificate from the Document Center at your Student Medicover account.
For any doctor visits, you should use your official insurance ID card. You can download it from your UHCSR account.
- After payment, you are able to log in UnitedHealthcare Student Resources website(uhcsr.com) to create an account, then you can download your official insurance ID card. For reference, please go to our Newsroom: How to Download Insurance Card and Register You Account
