1. Please click here and then choose "Login".
2. Enter the Email and Password when enrolling for insurance, and click Sign in
3. Reset password for your account's security, and click Send Email
4. Enter your new password
5. You will be redirected to the Two Factor Authentication Page
6. Go to the App Store and download an Authenticator App (Commonly used Apps include Duo Mobile, Google Authenticator Microsoft Authenticator, 2FAS)
7. Scan the QR code in the Authenticator app
8. Complete the steps (using Duo Mobile as an example)
9. Click Document Center
10. Download your confirmation letter.
