1. Please go to the Student Medicover Official Website and then choose "Login".

2. Enter the Email and Password when enrolling for insurance, and click Sign in

3. You will be redirected to the Two-Factor Authentication Page
4. Go to the App Store and download an Authenticator App (Commonly used Apps include Duo Mobile, Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 2FAS)

5. Scan the QR code in the Authenticator app
6. Complete the steps (using Duo Mobile as an example)

 7. Click the "Document Center"

8. Download your confirmation letter.
