How do I change my Student Medicover account information such as phone number or address?

  1. Log in to your Student Medicover account
  2. Select MY PROFILE > ACCOUNT INFORMATION
     
  3. Click "Edit" and modify your account information
  4. After adding the new information, click "Save"


I forgot my Student Medicover account password, what should I do?

On the Student Medicover account login page, click on "Forget Password" to retrieve your account password. 


I made a mistake in filling out my name/date of birth/email when purchasing insurance, how can I modify it?

Please log in to your Student Medicover account and submit a request for information modification in the Help Center.
